Attorney Fees
Fees for Representation Before the Social Security Administration
West Coast Disability Law Group, LLP wants you to feel comfortable, secure and informed with our representation. That is why we devoted a page of our website to address attorneys’ fees. All attorneys’ fees regarding Social Security Disability claims and Supplemental Security Income claims are regulated by the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration. This ensures a uniform fee amount for all claimants.
West Coast Disability Law Group, LLP will not collect a fee unless we win your case. This is what is called a contingent fee structure. Our fee is dependent on a successful resolution in your Social Security case. We never request a fee of more than 25 percent of your retroactive benefits and all fees have to be approved by the Social Security Administration.
Our retainer agreement is clear and concise to ensure that you make an informed decision in regards to choosing us for your representation. There are no hidden fees and you will receive a copy of all retainers regarding our fee structure.
Other Areas of Disability Law
Each different area of disability law has a different set of criteria, complexities and factors. Thus, our fee may vary regarding non-Social Security Disability claims. If you are interested in having West Coast Disability Law Group, LLP represent you in another disability arena, let us know. We will assess the merits of your claim and provide you with a reasonable quote before we take your case.
Estate Planning Tools
We charge flat fees for our estate planning services such as drafting healthcare directives and power of attorney documentation. The fee depends on the project, its complexity, and your desires. We will assess the situation and provide you with a reasonable quote before you retain our services so there are no unpleasant surprises.
